Community Options, Inc. provides waiver services to Individuals in their own homes based upon their needs. We currently operate in the following locations:

Butler County

Clinton County

Community Options - CONNECTED is our adult services/vocational model of services which enable each individual to attain or maintain his/her maximum vocational productivity level and currently operates in Lebanon, OH.
